Hello! Have you heard the news? KSI News is accepting applications to be a News Team writer.

KSI News went through a patch this winter where we went silent, and we sincerely apologize for that. However, things are getting back on track with a new, revamped staff that’s eager to provide news about KSI for KSI.

As such, we want to extend an open invitation to all members of KSI to submit applications to join KSI News. We have about 3-5 open writing staff positions open that we would love to fill.

So, do you enjoy writing? Do you want to improve as a writer? Do you want to get more involved within the community and create and contribute to a product that enhances the community experience?

If the answers to those questions is “yes,” then we would love you to apply.

Currently, KSI News Team writers are tasked with writing two stories a month – one before the 14th and one before the 31st. Topics can include Q&As, Member Profiles, Divisional/Squad Spotlights, Game Reviews, Training and Opinion Pieces, among others.

We want writers who like to think outside the box about new ways to present and tell stories that effect KSI. The team brainstorms together and works to produce quality stories that matter to KSI’s members.

The current head of News is KSI ImPeRiiuM 7 and the co-head is KSI Brielle.

Any questions about the News Team can be answered by either member. Each story that is produced will be edited and published out through this News Site, as well as social media on Facebook and Twitter.

The stories you write can be viewed by hundreds of people, within KSI and from outside the community, and the discussion your piece can create can effectively create change within KSI.

We advise you to read through our site to see stories you like and stories we might be missing that you would want to work on. Every department plays a pivotal role in KSI, and we want you to be apart of that.
