“Fluff” In KSI

Hello fellow KSI members, I would like to address the elephant in the room. Fluff

So leta??s start out by asking ourselves, what is fluff?

Fluff is basically any member that is not doing what he or she should be doing in KSI. Examples of this are members who dona??t show up to meetings, game nights, accept invites to hang out with fellow KSI members and my personal favorite ignore messages sent by the squad tag.

So at this point you may be asking yourself, why is there even fluff to begin with? And why are you just now bringing this up to us?

Both very good questions, but I will begin with the latter. At the last Divisional meeting we were honored by the presence of her queeneyness; Queen Jess, who had some very inspiring words of wisdom for all the leaders there.

Get rid of the FLUFF! To sum it up, it is our new mission to get rid of the fluff members so that the word fluff no longer even exists in KSI verbatim.

We are to extract these people as soon as possible and if they dona??t want to become an active part of our community then they were never really meant to be in KSI.

So how does this affect you as a KSI member, well if you are reading this likely it may not because you are probably active and keep up with what is going on in our community, but it may affect someone in your squad.

That guy on the squad tag thata??s been sitting on it for months, but youa??ve never seen him or her at a meeting or game night and you are not even sure who they are.

What does this mean for you generals? Simple, it means you will have to start delegating the work load out of sorting thru the active people who want to be here and those who simply dona??t care at all.

I am personally excited for this change. No more waiting for two new recruits to remove the old inactive one to maintain numbers for a??the man.”

As anyone knows who has ever run a squad that can lead to vicious cycle of inactivity. Also members are being told to recruit Quality not Quantity, which means stronger and more active members and I am all for a purge when it means we will have an entire active division.

I look forward to all the activity that this will bring and dona??t fret if your friend gets removed they can always go post a re-join app on the forums.
