This month we’ll be looking at an article named The Importance Of Having a Mentor by KSI True 77. This article highlights why it’s so important to have a mentor. I wholeheartedly agree, because many times, having a mentor can be the difference between failure and success.
KSI is full of leaders who have all had mentors in the past. Many of them have most likely also been mentors as well. Every officer rank in KSI has requirements. One universal requirement is mentorship – specifically, mentoring the officers and members below you.
The most crucial part of being a mentor is inspiring people to achieve more. And to be the very best version of themselves. I believe this article brings to light why mentors are needed and why what they do is so important.
