Intriguing Wisdom: KSI Kakashii 77

No single thing is perfect by itself. Thata??s why wea??re born to attract other things to make up for what we lack. I think we start walking in the right direction only after we start getting our counterparts besides us.

Itachi Uchiha (Naruto)

KSI Kakashii 77 has been in the community for 9 years! Throughout his time here he has had made a huge difference and continues to do so! His wisdom can be seen through the LC, as well as, his hard work on the Community Server on Discord! From the News Team and myself, we want to thank KSI Kakashii 77 for taking the time out of his busy schedule to talk with us!

What was the difference with being the Leadership Council Coordinator and being in a divisional leadership position?

The atmosphere. Learning to direct conversations between leadership from all over the community, rather than just a division’s Generals, or officers. Leadership from all over the community has very different opinions, and sometimes it’s a challenge to get everyone on the same page.

What was your greatest achievement in the Leadership Council? What was your greatest Challenge?

To answer both have to be leading the LC through the Hydra Peace Talks. That was a mess with tempers and emotions being high. It took a lot of convincing to get everyone to agree on which direction KSI should go.

What would your advice be to anyone wanting to be a part of the Leadership council?

To be on the LC, you need to be professional, good at what you do, and be able to see things from different perspectives, and understand those perspectives.

With you working directly with 7s staff across the community, how does that affect or benefit the Leadership Council?

Being in Clan Ops for the last 9 years, I understand where a lot of them are coming from. I am able to level with them on ideas and issues, working together to find resolutions.

With you now being the Chief Strategic officer, what plans do you have to improve the areas with the Leadership Council?

I would eventually like the LC to become more involved with the community overall, not so “behind closed doors” I’m hoping to achieve this with the “The 7th Hour” podcast rolling out in late May.

What made you want to move up the ranks in the community?

Which time? Lol, I’ve been up and down a few times, each for different reasons, but the main reason has always been to better the community, bring new strategies and ideas to the table, and helping bring new leadership up in the community.

What is your why?

That’s hard to say. I’ve achieved a lot in my time here at KSI. So my why tends to be whatever I’m focused on at the time. Whether it was growing a squad, helping run a division, branding and structuring the LC, and now, trying to get comfortable in a Board of Director’s seat. My overall why would have to be to keep KSI great, and always wanting to push us to that next level.
