Toothbrush. Toothpaste. Deodorant. What else do you need in your life?
The KSI News Team always likes to learn more about the community! This time, we are combating the usual “gamers are stinky and lazy” mindset with a hygiene poll! (You can view the poll here.) The results were quite the opposite of popular belief.

Toothbrushes
We started with a very basic question: What kind of toothbrush do you use? The options: Soft, Medium, or Hard bristles. The results were very strongly in favor of the Medium bristled variety with 17 votes, Second was Soft with 9 votes, followed by Hard bristles at 6 votes. I am not sure how much this truly says about a person other then some of us have sensitive gums and others prefer to workout their mouth as much as they like to work out their muscles!

Toothpaste
We offered 3 choices of common brands used for toothpaste. Colgate, Crest, or Aquafresh! The winner by far is Colgate with an astounding 21 votes! followed by Crest at 6 and a close third is Aquafresh with 5 votes. Let’s not forget the write in vote for Sensodyne from KSI Barb130.

Deodorant
Personally, I use spray on Degree deodorant that smells like winning. It’s how I do my best gaming, smelling like a winner. But, that’s not what this poll asked our members. The question is How often? We have a lot of hygienic folks in this community the options were: Less than once a day, Once or twice a day, or After most meals? The top answer with a resounding 26 votes is Once or more times a day! There are 3 people who said After every meal and 3 that said less than once a day. Thus smashing the negative assumptions towards gamers.
